Damage During Delivery
If your print arrives damaged, it will be replaced at no cost. Photographs of the damage are required within 48 hours so I can open a claim with the carrier and with Bay Photo Lab.
Returns & Exchanges
Fine-art prints are made to order, and for this reason I cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to damage or craftsmanship. Please be sure to select your preferred size, finish, and print medium before placing your order.
